Shipping & Returns

Cancelations

Please let us know within 24 hours with any changes or cancellations.  After 24 hours, your order will go into production and we cannot guarantee we can cancel it.

 

Damages
If your product is damaged in delivery or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement.  Do not discard the product until you have contacted us in case we need photos or may need for it to be returned to us.   

 

General Returns
Notice of general returns must be made within 10 business days of the receipt of the order.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product.  Refund for the product will be made within 2 weeks of receiving the return.  Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Customized Product Returns
Any products that include customization are not eligible for return unless damage has occurred.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Shipping
All products should be available to ship within one week of placing your order.  On the rare occasion that it will take more than one week, the customer will be alerted via e-mail as soon as possible. 

 

*Please allow up to 6 weeks for metal wine glasses depending on availability.

 

Our company has been shipping orders across the world for over 30 years and has a wonderful track record for delivered product. We use a combination of UPS and FedEx shipping with all of our products.  Since we are located in the middle of the US, it takes no more than 5 days for any shipment to arrive.
